Basically he is from behar (India) during partition he came to Pakistan and his Mother was dead in partition he was born 14^th June 1967 when he came to Pakistan to his maternal grand father groomed him he was already settled here when he came to become his family member (Grand Father). He was involve in there business from his early childhood.

Q. Tell us about your educational carrier?

Ans. I have done my LLB and worked as a income tax adviser move loyal of ethical issues then I joined AKU (Agha Khan University) in 2000 as a senior officer of administration during this job I do MA in economics from KU (Karachi University).

Q. When you started your job in AKU (Agha Khan University) as SO (Senior Officer) then what was a purpose to continue your education further?

Ans. Actually one of mine friend namely Dr. Mehraj Shah give me my actives vision he told me that you are a spaping stone you have skill to switch our further move for that you heir start your education carrier once again.

Q. So, Sir after completely your MA in economics you said good bye to your education?

Ans. No not at all I am crazy about my education after getting my MA from KU, I started my MBA in HPA (Health Protection Agency) from Baka University. In 2006 then Agha Khan said do more and more. I am also thirsty about knowledge so again my MBA and MA I took admission in MA IR from KU. Then I realized that I must go further and I have done my M.Phil in Management sciences in 2012 and I was a 1^st position holder in M.Phil now recently I completed my all PHD Courses and entered in research program.

Q. Can you answered that way you shift from income tax adviser to Agha Khan University?

Ans. Because due to some personal tragedies I switch over one job to an other.

Q. May I know about that?

Ans. Yes my too youngest daughters who have expired due to un natural death. Then I thought and realized that, may be just b/c of brab which I was taken from my client.

Q. How you deal with your employees?

Ans. It is a very difficult task to take work from yours subordinators and to lookout their progress as a head of department. As I told you before that I am senior officer of administration and I am head of two departments so I always that involved with my employees, If any 1 in weak than I always hence their skills by giving them different task or motivate them towards their job.     

Q. You were talking about two departments what kinds of departments are that?

Ans. Currently job is my concerned with there two departments which is expended into eight countries all over the world. I am actually coordinating and supervising there departments it is actually research based departments I am scheduling conferences which is conducting 108 events in a single year.

Q. What is criteria of work management?

Ans. Again I will say that something you should give priority to the involvement of your employees when at once you involve your employees then you came manage them according to their maternity and can understand their those motivational factors because which you can motivate your employees.

Q. We have heared that you hire in KASBIT teach without pay? Is that true? If yes then why?

Ans. Yes absolutely right I teach here without pay and reason behind is I just want that every student yet education and whatever I have to share with students and I am always ready to serve myself to are my students so atleast for money not valuable then education knowledge.

Q. Can you explain your thought in three words?

Ans. (1) Learned (2) Practice (3) Convey

Q. Any message for new trend?

Ans. Every one should share there experiences with your students by your head.
