There are people when you meet them, they change your perception about life, such people with their hard work and talent have rendered  great services to society, such people are driving force behind the development of society in which they live. In Sindh, there are many such people who despite living seven oceans far but still possess great love for their people and Sindh, such as Dr. Sarang Ansari, lives in New York, his work and poetry are obvious examples of great love for Sindh and Sindhis. On the other hand Aziz Narejo a leading US-based Sindhi rights activist and president of Sindhi Association of North America (SANA). Amongst them Ishaq Tunio is one, lives in USA but he continuously work for rights of Sindh as well as Sindhis living in USA. , striving hard for the development and betterment by serving through his multidimensional talent.
 Ishaq Tunio was born nine years after the independence of Pakistan. In that era, he has learned a lot in childhood about the conditions of country and as well Sindh. That period and its effects had changed his thoughts and also the personality. It is the patriotic love for Sindh, he wrote many marvelous poetry, amongst them the popular songs “HIN JANAM ME, HUN JANAM ME, MAN JITAY B HUJA SINDH TUHNJO THEYAN” sung by the Music’s Queen Abida Parveen. “JHALI AA MITHI SINDH JHOLI, BACHAYO HE DHARTI MITHI BOLI sung by Ahmed Mughal” are the best creation of Ishaq.
Ishaq Tunio a former journalist, writer and poet has represented The Sindh Case at different forums, working as an IT Consultant in USA, where he continuously involved in the advocacy for human rights and the rights of indigenous Sindhis. He has been associated with many Sindhis’ associations like SANA etc. and also established an organization for Sindhis living in the America, named as “Friends of River Indus”.
He opened his eyes (born) in the District Kamber’s small hamlet Thorhi Bijar in the home of small landlord on March, 1, 1956. He received primary education from his native village, Secondary education from the neighboring town Ber Sharif. Later, he decided to get higher education on the University level. Afterwards, Ishaq obtained the degree of B.A (Hons) English from Sindh University, and Masters’ degree in Economics from the Karachi University.
In 1989 he passed the CSS exam, he started career from the Sindhi journalism in 1998 by joining Awami Awaz Sath, then joined The Sindh Express (English) as Sub-Editor. As a journalist he rendered his services at different platforms, He remained regular columnist of Hilal Pakistan newspaper in 1980, and after the eight years joined Awami Awaz Sath as a Sub Editor volunteer), and In-charge of Weekly page (weekly magazine Editor).He interviewed the Late Saeen G.M Syed in 1991, which was transmitted many years later through the radio, voice of Sindh, London. Contributed to several Sindhi, English and Urdu magazines, newspapers and online blogs, and associated with English-Language newspaper The Nation as a staff reporter, senior correspondent and in-charge in Sindh in 1992, and that time he also worked in Daily Pukaar, Sindhi Newspaper. And from 1995 to 1997 he was an Editor of The Indus News Network (online first South Asian daily e newspaper from Chicago). 
Being a vocal activist and the member of US-based Pakistani forums and the Sindhi association in North America and Europe, he was offered a ticket in 2007 by the Pakistan People’s Party (PPP), but later, because of a stronghold of feudal networking, Party denied him a smaller status. Afterwards he took himself far from it.
Now he contributes his time to the literarily and culturally activities as well in the Social organizations. Ishaq has earned his name in the fields of journalism, Social work and poetry through his endless hard work and talent. He is believed as good journalist, writer, poet and also the human rights’ activist. He always stats that “although I live in the USA but my heart and Soul is in the Sindh, whatever happens in the Sindh I keep myself aware about its all issues. When I come to the Sindh, my heart always says no to return USA”.

نفيس احمد شيخ ناشاد جي باري ۾ ڇا لکجي ۽ ڇا نه لکجي سندس شخصيت ئي اهڙي آهي، رُت بهار جهڙي رنگدار ۽ گل وانگر خوشبودارآهي، جنهن کي ڪئيي پاسا ۽ پهلو آهن. ناشاد صاحب جو جنم پهرين نومبر 1947 ع ۾ ٿرپارڪر جي تاريخدان ۽ ليکڪ رائچند راٺوڙ جي گهر ٿيو جنهن تاريخ ريگستان جهڙو شاهڪار ڪتاب لکيو. شروعاتي تعليم چيلهار شهر ۾ ۾ پرائي ۽ اعليّ تعليم لاءِ حيدرآباد شهر کي اچي وسايو ۽ سنڌ يونيورسٽي ڄامشورو ۾ سنڌي جي شعبي داخلا ورتائين ۽  ايم اي پاس ڪيائين. نفيس احمد شيخ جو مانائتونالوادب ۾ ڪنهن به تعارف جو محتاج ڪونهي سندس شگفته عالم آشاڪار آهي. پاڻ ورهين جا ورهين سنڌي ادب جي محسن شخصيتن جناب غلام محمد گرامي ۽ راشدي برادري جي ڇانُو ۾ رهيا، سندن علمي ادبي ڪردار ذهانيتن هيٺ سندس ادبي ۽ اخلاقي ترتيب آهي. ادب ۾ شروعات ”ٽماهي مهراڻ “ رسالي سان ٿي ۽ هن رسالي ۾ چاليهارو سال خوش اصلوبي سان ڪم ڪيو، ان دوران ڪيترائي خاص نمبر شايع ڪيائون جن ۾ سيرت ،تحريڪ آزادي، سنڌي ادب، راشدي، رني ڪوٽ، تنوير عباسي، شيخ اياز، مرزاقليچ بيگ، گولڊن جوبلي جهڙا نمبر سندن خدمتن ۽ محنتن سان شايع ٿيل اهي پرچا تاريخ ۽ ادب جا اهم دستاويز آهن. سندس ڪيل قابل فخرخدمت عملي لياقت ڪنهن کان به ڳجهي نه آهي. سائين جن جي 1964ع کان 2009ع تائين سنڌ ادبي بورڊ ۽ ادارا مهراڻ سان وابستگي رهي.هاڻي فري لاسسنگ (ادبيات/تحقيق) شاهه جي رسالي تي ڪم ڪري رهيا آهن، 1978ع ۾ ”نيشنل ڪلچر ايوارڊ“ گورنمينٽ آف پاڪستان منسٽري  ۽ رليجيس ۽ افيئر ڏنو، ۽ ”اُٺا مينهن ملير“ ڪتاب به سائين جن جو لکيل آهي. مهراڻ اداري ۾ ايڊيٽر جي دوران هن 94 پرچا چپرايا،1986،87،88 ۾ جاپان،فلپائن ۽ ملائيشا جهڙن ملڪن جا ادبي مطالن کي ترتيب ڏنا. ناشاد شيخ جي قابل فخر دوستن ۾ نصير مرزا ،ڊاڪٽر غلام علي الانا، غلام رباني آگرو ۽ ٻيا کوڙ سارا آهن جيڪي ادبي حوالي سان آهن .1980 ع   ۾ ناشاد کي قومي ادبي پروگرام جي طور تي غير تڪراري ادبي شڪشت جي پيش ڪئي ويئي. پاڪستان جي طرفان 1984 کان 1988ع تائين صوبي سنڌ جي لاءِ پراونشل ڪورآڊينٽر  مقرر ڪيو ويو. انهي جي دوران صوبائي آفيس تيار ٿيڻ تائين خدمتون سرانجام ڏنيون، ناشاد جي محنتن کي نظر ۾ رکندي سنڌ ادبي بورڊ پاران ريٽائيرمينٽ ٿيڻ کان پوءِ به ٽي سال سنڌ جي ادبي  بورڊ جو ڪم کي سنڀاليو، جيڪو سفر تقريبن 2 نومبر 2009ع تائين جاري رهيو. سنڌ جي عملي ادبي حوالي سان ثقافتي، تحقيقي ۽ ٻين ادبي ڪمن ۾ عزت جي نگاهه سان ڏٺو ويندو آهي. سنڌي ادب ۾ گرامر جي چُڪن ته مون کي اڄ به انتهائي افسوس ٿيندو آهي، شاعرن ۾ شاهه لطيف،شيخ اياز،عبدلڪريم گدائي جو 1956ع ۾مهراڻ ۾ چپيل شاعر  سڄي زندگي ياد رهندو آهي.

ننڍپڻ ۾ شادين مرادين ۾ مٺيءِ جي امر ڪلاڪار مراد فقير جو دلربا آواز اڃان تائين ڪنن ۾ پيو وڄندو آهي.

”وڻن مٿان واهه جي ويهي،ڪانگل ڪئي تو ڳالهه جا،“

ڏي خبر ايندا، ڪڏهن هت محب محرم حال جا.

زندگي جي سموري سونهن شاعري ۽ موسيقي آهي .شاگردن کي گھرجي ته مختلف مسئلن کي مختلف صورتن ۾ درگذر مقدم رکڻ ۽ مختصر حياتي ۾ هر ڪنهن سان وڌ کان وڌ حُسن سلوڪ جي عملي ڪوشش ڪن.ڪنهن به خوشفهمي کان پرهيز ڪرڻ کپي.

Profile: Nasreen Tahir Wafai.

It’s hard to survive as a woman in a society we live in but it’s even harder to survive as a widow. People do not accept you, it is hard dealing with the people around a widow. Their advice, insensitive comments and pointless conversations. Being a widow is like a woman has lost a right to laugh, dress up and look beautiful. But here is a woman who fought all the evils in the society she protected her 3 children and survived. She is now a language teacher and Scouts and Girl Guides mistress at St.bonaventures High School Qasimabad, also a writer of six books in Sindhi language, social activist and an amazing artist who makes handmade stuff. She calls sewing machine her best friend. She was the only female who managed to come to Hyderabad from her small village Jindo Dero district Shikarpur for further studies. She completed her B.Ed from Sindh University Old Campus Hyderabad.

 She is the woman with the most beautiful and smiling eyes. Her eyes will tell you everything about her life. Her soft hands will tell you how generous and kind she has been all her life. Her calm and steady personality will tell you about her act of humanity. Her simplicity and captivating grace will never let you take your eyes off her. She believes in giving to those who are needy. Being rich in not what you have in your bank account but what’s in your heart she says. She never celebrates any occasion alone. She distributes Eidi , cloths , toys and many other stuff made by her own hands to poor kids of different schools and orphanage houses. She has a non-paid, volunteer organization named after her late husband “Tahir Wafai welfare organization” which helps the poor and the needy. This organization has recently distributed used stuff to ILM JO SOJHORO primary school and eidi gifts to SOS Village Jamshoro including toys. Bags, shoes, cushions. She also arranges exhibitions. She suggests reading Shah jo Risalo and Khuwab Nagar, columns by Mahmood Mughal. She also wrote a book of poems for primary level children “Nandhra Suhnra Baar Pyara”. She says “Managing time makes your life much easier. Wasting time is like wasting your life”. One should stop complaining and starts appreciating to what he/she has, Never be the reason behind someone’s cry that’s the secret ingredient of a peaceful life she says.

She is an inspiration to me and many other women who are having a hard time in their lives. Well if she can do it we all can. All we need is a little courage, patience and a lot of hard work and soon the world will start recognizing and appreciating you.

The life of every person is same.It is the way of spending life which make the people different and special. These persons have some god gifted abilities which they utilize in a proper way and make themselves, prosperous, famous and successful. Shoban Wastaro is among such people whom we can say the  blessing of Almighty a very sympathetic, sensitive, courageous, intelligent, decent and multi talented. Shoban wastaro a name of inspiration, a very humble, peace loving and down towards personality.
Shoban Wastaro born on 10th of April 1962 in machar district noshehro feroz. He received his early education from his native village. He  had done BSC honours, MSc Physics, M.A Sindhi from sindh university and M.ed from Sindh Campus.
He loves to be an educationist, because in his point of view nothing can be better than to teach someone. For that after completing his education he joined Public College as a teacher for Sindhi in 1988. Along with that in public he also works in radio Pakistan and reads local news over there.
 He is a marvelous writer he writes short stories related to Adab, 40 of them have been published in Sindhi literature and in many renowned magazine, the subject of his short stories are social issues by which our society is suffering he want to bring change in people attitude or to mold their thinking. He has also written biographies on many renowned personalities like Ibrahim Joyo, Kherun Nisa Jafri, Hyder Ali Laghari is an educationist, TAj Baloch he remains an outstanding editor of risala Mhwar Sajro, Amman Rahi and many more out of them his ten biographies has been published.
By look he seems very decent and good looking,  he is very intelligent, hygienic, disciplined, sensitive and punctual person,, he dress up his self very well. According to his colleagues he is a very decent an expert in his subject a straight forward person, a down towards person, the best quality he posses is his sensitiveness towards the people towards society and he tries to bring the change in society by his writing.. 
He is a person of variated mood according to him he can mold his mood according to the situation of the gathering and he can hide his personal mood variations either he is feeling glad or sad.  he can’t compromise on discipline. The best part of his personality is that he keeps a check and balance of his each day while he off to bed and according to him he doesn’t consider him self as the perfect one although having so much balanced personality he says that once I found my self a error free person I cant do any thing further or that will be the end of my aims or qualities.
He is desperately inspired by Our Last Prophet (P.B.U.H),  Quaid e Azam our founder and Shah Abdul Latif Bhittai a great Poet ever be in the world is a great inspiration for him.
His aim of life is that as he is very affected by his native village and Thar parkar he wants to establish a hospital over there for the people who aren’t affordable to tolerate the expensis and they died by lack of treatment. That hospital for the people of that village and for those who are not well off . for that purpose he will utilize his money and if required then he will ask for the donation as well.
Our country is still at the stage of development it needs such kind of personalities who can bring change by their using their qualities, by their efforts, and far most a teacher is the one who can radically bring change by altering the thoughts of our young generation which are the base and future of our   country.

ماڻهو جي زندگي هڪ اهڙو امتحان آهي جنهن جو ن پيپر ڏيڻو پوندو آ ن ڪا ڊگري حاصل ٿيندي آ جو حاصل ٿيندو آ اهو صرف نتيجو،ڪن جو نتيجو کين صاحب بڻائي ت ڪن کي غلام .ڪي تي وڃي ان منزل تي رسن جٿي کين انّا وڪوڙي وڃي ت ڪي وري اتي رهندي ب پنهنجي اندر جي هيڪڙائي ن ڇڏن .

صاحب خان چانڊيو انهن ماڻهون ما هڪ آهي جن پنهنجن اصولن کي پنهنجي زمير جي حلقن ۾ قيد ڪري رکيو آهي. هٿن  ۾ انصاف ء ايمانداري جا ڏيئا کڻي ندگي جي طوفاني هوائن مان گذري چڪا آهن .کين تجربو آٿن ت ڪيترو ڏکيو آهي هڪ ايماندار ماڻهو لاءِ هن بي ايمان دنيا ۾ زندگي گذارڻ . سندن قابليت جو اندازو ان ڳاله مان لڳائي سگهون ٿا ت جڏهنصدرِمملڪت ذياالحق صاحب 1978 ۾ قومي اسيمبلي کي خطاب ڪندي اهو بيان ڏيندي چيو ت” مان هڪ شخص کي هڪ اداري مان ڪڌڻ پ چاهيو نيٺ خبر پئي ت اهو هڪڙو هي ماڻهو آ سڄي اداري ۾ جيڪو ڪم جو آهي منهنکي تعجب ٿيو آهي ت سڄي ملڪ جو اهڙو حال هوندو ت ڪم ڪيئن ٿيندو هلندو هندو.ضياالحق صاحب جنهن ماڻهو کي اداري مان فارغ ڪرڻ جي ڳاله ڪئي آهي اهو بدقسمت ڪوٺيو يا خوش قسمت صاحب خان چانڊيو آ.آخر ڪهڙي ڳاله هئي جنهن جنرل صاحب کي ان فقير تي ايتري ڪاوڙ ڏياري هئي ؟ان ڳاله جو جواب مان هيٺ بيان ڪيان ٿو.

صاحب خان چانڊي جو جنم ت هنڊستان ۾ ٺيو پر کيس ٻالڪپڻو پاڪستان ۾ آيو.چانڊيو صاحب   1940۾ نوشهروفيروز جي هڪ پتڪڙي ڳوٺ دادن چانڊي ۾ جنم ورتو.سندن ابتدائي تعليم جو آغاز مٺياڻي ۾ ٿيو جنهن جي انجام جي صورت مٽرڪ جي سرٽيفڪيٽ ۾ حاصل ٿي.تعليم جي لاٽ اتي اجھامڻ ن ڏنائون،نور محمد ڪاليج حيدرآباد مان انٽر جو امتحان پاس ڪيائون .علم جي شوق کين يونورسٽي جا ديدار پڻ بخشا سندن ايم اي اڪنامڪس ء سوشالاجي سنڌ يونورسٽي مان ٿيل آهي.

صاحب خان جي زندگي ۾ ڪم جي ڏاڍي اهميت رهي آهي.چانڊي صاحب جي پهرين نوڪري جي شروعات جونيئر ڪلارڪي هئي جنهن  ذريعي پاڻ پريڪٽيڪل لائف ۾ قدم رکيائون.ان کان پوءِ سڪريٽري يونين ڪائونسل ت ڪڏهن شگر مل ۾ ڪين انسپيڪٽر جا فرض نڀائيندي نظر آيا.ڪو وقت ت اهڙو ب آيو جو گهر ۾ واندڪائي واري مصروفيت ۾ گذاري.

ڪنهن جي ڀاڳ سان ڪهڙي رييس،سائين جن کي قائد اعظم يونورسٽي اسلام آباد ۾ هسٽري جي ڊپارٽمنٽ ۾ 17 گريڊ ۾ رسرچ اسڪالر پڻ مقرر ڪيو ويو،ان وقت ڊاڪٽر ڪي ڪي عزيز(مڊر آف هسٽري ) هسٽري ڊپارٽمنٽ جو چيئرمين هيو.پر قسمت کي شايد اهو ڀاءِ ن پيو،پر ڪنهن کي خبر هئي ت صاحب خان جي قسمت کين اڃان ب ڪنهن سٺي طرف پئي ڇڪي وڃي.

چانڊي صاحب کي قسمت اتي اچي لٽڪايو جتي سائين جو ن وهم ن غمان،پاڻ اچي فيڊرل بورڊ آف سيڪنڊري اينڊ انٽرميڊيٽ ۾ اچي اسسٽنٽ ڪنٽرولر مقرر ٿيا.فيڊرل بورڊ جو بنياڊ 1973ذوالفقار علي ڀٽي وڌو جيڪو فوجن جي ٻارن جي سهولت لاءِ هو.

ڪجه ماڻهو ڏسڻ جا ت فقير ء ڪومل طبيعت هندا آهن پر هو پنهنجي اصولن ۾ پٿر جينئا پڪا هوندا آهن،

Noaman Panhwar had achieved great success in speech and debate competitions over years, served brilliantly in training new participants for speech and debate competitions, and is now working as Junior Officer in National Savings, the department under ministry of Finance, Government of Pakistan.
Mr. Panhwar proved that everything can be achieved by the true hard work. He, as the brilliant student, acquired much success one after other. Noaman has achieved many milestones in his small career. He received many awards like, award of Best Student of the year by Stream Line English Language Institute in 2005, got 3rd position in 2009 and 2nd position in 2010 in Inter-Departmental English Debate Competition, Certificate of Excellence by Azm-e-Nojawan Conference in recognition of meritorious performance in curricular and co-curricular activities on Feb 19, 2011, he was also declared the Best Debater and got 1st Position in All-Pakistan Inter-Universities Allama Iqbal Shield English Debate Contest (Sindh Region) organized by HEC (Higher Education Commission) at NED University, Karachi on Jan 8, 2011.
To Mr. Panhwar ‘Debate has been his passion since school life.’ He said, “Debate is an act of presenting your ideas and thoughts to others for convincing them.” He further added, “I have enjoyed my life as student in setting high goals then making struggles to achieve them.”

‘Live for others. Help the needy ones and never get disappointed’, said Sahil.

Life is full of challenges, hardships, ups and down, but the point that matters is how one can face those difficulties and accept challenges to achieve success. Although it is not an easy task for anyone, but one must have to be determined and take stand to achieve their goal. But imagine how those difficulties will be for those, who are disable or special people. It becomes more difficult for those to face hardships as compare to normal person.

The world is full of amazing people who strongly believe in their abilities. There is someone special who understand himself as the way he is and his disability never become hurdle to achieve his goals, a young talented student, Sahil Bughio. He opened his eyes in the home of Nizar Ali Bughio at Moro in 1996. He completed his Matriculation and Intermediate from Moro with flying colors. During this higher secondary education, he was active in extracurricular activities and won positions and awards in debates, speeches and games.

After intermediate, he decided to become an engineer. He was selected in Mehran University with a high percentage. But soon, he left it because he could not get his favorite department. After leaving Mehran University, he took admission in University of Sindh. Currently, he is studying in Department of Commerce. Now, he wants to become a lecturer. This is what, we call “Hope” due to which he is continuing struggle.

He said, “My mother is the source of inspiration for me, she always encourage me that you are not disable you can do everything that common people can do. This is why I never lose hope.”

He has very kind nature. His smiling face amazes that shows he has no worries. But sometimes he gets irritated when someone disturbs him during study. He says, I can enjoy the company of my friends when I am free, but to me this is totally intolerable if somebody wind me up, when it is my time to study. Sahil is fond of reading books not only academic but literary, history and magazines. A table in his room is always occupied with books.

Now, in student life, not depending on others he can do everything that a normal student does like, class work, making assignments, taking bath, wearing clothes and eating he do not even take glass of water from others. He manage all his work. He has full command on computer through which he always keep himself updated. One of his friend Mir Magsi said that “he has loving nature. He never minds when we make jokes at his height, he always help others and is cooperative.”

We all, especially students should get lesson from his struggle and personality to make life difficulties easier for achieving the goal. And it is also our duty to help and encourage students like Sahil Bughio. Especially, administration of university should care, give facilities and scholarships because students like him are eligible and have right.

As we know that to face those challenges andto reach on the goal for a normal person is not so easy task, have to face many hardships and to make struggles. And there is no doubt, without seeing hardships one cannot achieve anything. But there is some special person who understand himself as normal people rather than helpless. Sahil Bughio 21 years old guy, is one of those striver, who never lose hope and make their life message for all. He opens his eyes in the home of Nizar Ali Bughio at Moro in 1996.he got primary education from his village. Then he done metric and intermediate from Iqra public school Moro. During this higher secondary education, he got different positions and awards in debates, speeches and games.

After intermediate, he struggles day and night to become an engineer for that he gave the test of Mehran University of Jamshoro and finally his efforts become fruitful and got selected in Mehran with a high percentage, he achieved what he aspired to. But soon, he left it because he could not get his favorite department. After leaving Mehran University, he took admission in University of Sindh. Currently, he is studying in department of Commerce in second year. He has aspired to become lecturer or teacher. This is what, we call “Hope” due to which he is continuing struggle and become never hopeless.

Once upon the time, during conversation he told me that “My mother has always been source of inspiration for me, she always encourage me that you are not disable you can do everything that common people do, this is why I never lose hope and also not differentiate myself to others.”

As Sohil message is “Live for others. Especially, who are special one and cannot afford to get education and those reached the university, they should be encouraged and financially helped because those are lucky one who reach the university to get higher education and all persons not reached there.”

Now, we cannot imagine, howmuch this man struggles to reach here, for getting higher education. This is because of his true determination.

 We all, especially students should get lesson from his struggle and personality to make life difficulties easier for achieving the goal. And it is also our duty that we should help and encourage students like Sahil Bughio. Especially, administration of university should care, give facilities and scholarships because students like them are eligible and have their right.

Life in this world, is a journey where everyone has to face troubles, sorrows, hurdles, happiness and joys. Ups and downs are part of life. But, a successful person is one who overcome with all these difficulties and remain steadfast to accomplish his or her goals.

Sir Syed Aijaz Shah, is an ideal and a role model for many students. He achieved his goals after facing a lot of hurdles in his student life. But, he overcame all the difficulties and tried again and again for better consequences. He passed his graduation in law from University of Sindh, Jamshoro. He has three Masters degrees. Masters in Criminology, from Sindh University, Masters in Zoology, from Karachi University and Masters in Chemistry, from Quaid-e-Azam University, Islamabad.

After that, he gave Central Superior Services (C.S.S) Examination, but unfortunately not allocated. He never lost his hope, with his great determination and hard work, he gave Combine Competitive Examination and achieved success in it. He was allocated in Labour Department. Now, he is a Judge in Labour Court. Aijaz was Malaria Control Officer in District Badin and Lecturer in Government College. He often told to his student that whatever I am today, is just because of my parents and teachers.

After setting his first target, he worked for the second target. He says making own life happy is easy but making other life worth living is a great deed. He set Civil Services Academy for accomplishment of this target. This is his home academy where he is teaching for last 36 years. As other academies take high fee for the preparation of competitive examination here, he is taking a little amount. He prepare students for different competitive examinations like Sindh Public Service Commission (SPSC) and Federal Public Service Commission (FPSC). More than 1200 of his students passed several examinations for different posts.

Aijaz’s dressing style, spectacles, fine moustache and clear voice reflects his simplicity. One of his student who is now an Assistant Registrar Cooperative Housing Society said he is a good instructor for his students. He not only teach his students about examination but also teach them to differentiate between good or evil, right and wrong, ethics of society and respect of others.

In this modern time when everyone is very much busy in his own life he is a man who is busy in making others life better. At the present time, career counseling for youngster is a big question but he always welcome those students who want to take suggestions about their future planning. He is playing a vital role is society by teaching to youngsters.

Some people have inborn vital and responsive energy that enables them to keep abreast of the times and to furnish their personality.
Talat Hidayatullah hailed from Tando Muhammad Khan, stepped into this world on 21st April, 1973. She has done matriculation from Government Girls High School and intermediate from Government Girls Degree College, Tando Muhammad Khan. She has done M.A (English) in 1998 and B.ED and M.ED in 2015, from Karachi University. She joined Fauji Foundation Higher Secondary School in 2005, as a teacher and now, she is Vice Principal there. Talat is full of life, passionate about her job paying her services vivaciously.
Talat has friendly attitude towards everyone. She has three brothers and three sisters. She says, “Our parents gave us all the comforts of life and always treated us like friends. We used to discuss and share our daily-life with each other.” She added, my brothers are like my buddies, we have strong bonding. Chatting with my nephews is my favorite pass time.
Her philosophy about life states, “Life is full of compromises, adjustments and just giving, giving and giving, especially for a female, everyone expects more from her, her father, brother and even her husband. It is not that they do not return but they expect more.
To be a business woman was her dream, but it was not fulfilled, still she says I am satisfied with my life. I think, to be a satisfied person, is better than to be a happy one because satisfaction is a real driving force and no one can be really happy unless he is satisfied. Sometimes, she gives quick reactions on certain situations and faces troubles however, she wants to change her habit.
Recently, she had a worst time of life when she lost her brother. When asked about most tragic thing ever happened to her, she replied when one of your loved ones leave this world and you accidentally lost them (suddenly tears fall from her eyes). She added we all know it is a part of life and one day, we all have to face it.
A well-dressed lady, with fresh smile on her face, speaks so gently. According to one of her family members, her best part is that, she finds positivity in life and never let negativity to ruin her objectives. She gets violent whenever sees injustice, even at home. Nahid, one of her coworkers said, Ma’am Talat is actually a cooperative and obliging person. She is always ready to help, she treats all the teachers equally. To her, all are equal.
Talat does not like such women who make themselves pitiful. She believes a real woman is one who face the world with her head held high. Her message for the women of our society is that a woman should be strong. She should be confident and able to stand up for her rights, she should not hide herself behind anyone’s back.

Imran Shah is from Hyderabad city of Pakistan, he grew up in this city. He got his basic education from Hyderabad. In earlier, as he was from a lower class family it was difficult for him to proceed with his higher studies. After the death of his father he was not able to bear the expenses of his higher studies. So he halted his studies after H.S.C examination. The objectives were high in Imran's mind to pick up a good name and notoriety in the eye of public and in the future.

From the young age Imran was a splendid craftsman, he draw great drawings and outlines in his extra time and as a result of his splendid drawing abilities one day Imran chose to begin his studies in the field of architecture yet he was from a lower class family and couldn't bear the cost of his college. So Imran started working on a medical store as an ordinary helper. Imran worked there to gather enough sum for his college affirmation. After a long battle and diligent work, he moved from Mehran University of engineering and substantiated himself as the best architect engineer of Hyderabad and of different cities too by contributing his work in best constructions like Royal Taj restaurant, the autobahn tower and Dolmen shopping center Karachi.

Imran is not only an architect engineer but he is also the best interior designer, Imran’s most creative ability is using delightful wood carvings and wall carvings in his projects which attracts the lot of peoples. He always uses antique designs and classical old designs in his every masterpiece, which makes them most distinct piece of architecture category because now a days antique and old classical architecture designs are on more and only some of the architect engineers in Hyderabad are working on these types of projects while others are coming from other cities to show their abilities here. These days’ people knows Hyderabad defense society as very prospectus it happened just because of his architecture skills. Other than Imran have his own particular group for each task he doesn't like to take workers from outside. He has made a group to work with him in his each venture, which helps him in planning inside and dealing with all his site work. He spends time with family in a perfect loving and caring way. They go for dining in different restaurants also visit the entertainment spots and this is also Imran's hobby so in some cases he wants to run for trip along with his family to refresh his mind and to substantiate himself as a best father and a best husband. سون ورني سنڌوسڀيتا پنهنجي ڪُکِ مان ڪيتريون املھ انسانن کي جنم ڏنو آهي، جن 

پنهنجي وس وِتِ آهر خدمت خلق سماجي خدمتون سرانجام ڏئي پنهنجي سماجي ڪردار نڀايو آهي. اهڙن کاهوڙي ڪردارن ۾ سنڌ جي اترين علائقي جي شهر وارھ جو رهواسي ڪامريڊ منان چانڊو به هڪ آهي. جنهن زندگيءَ جون 40 بهارون سماجي خدمتن ۽ ناانصافين جو شڪار ماڻهن جي بنيادي حقن جي لاءِ پاڻ پتوڙيندي گذاري آهي ۽ زندگي جي حقيقي نصب العين انسانيت جي خدمت جو جذبو ساھ جي سڳي تائين ڪرڻ جو وچن ڪيو اٿئين. ڪامريڊ جسماني بدني بيهڪ ۾ سنهڙو ۽ ڊگهو جيترو آهي ان کان وڌيڪ پنهنجي حياتي ۾ ڪميٽيڊ وڌيڪ آهي جنهن جو واضع مثال سماج ۾ موجود بي پهچ ماڻهن جي مسئلن لاءِ مسئلن جي حل تائين جدوجهد ڪرڻ آهي.ماڻهو ته دنيا ۾ ڪروڙن ۾ پر انسانيت جي خدمت ڪرڻ وارا گهٽ. ڪامريڊ منان هڪ سماجي ڪارڪن سان گڏ سنڌ جي ٻرندڙ اشوز تي روزاني بنياد تي سنڌ جي مطتلف سنڌي اخبارن ۾ آرٽيڪل ۽ ڪالم به لکندو آهي.جنهن ڪري سندس قلم جي ڪاريگري به سٺي اٿس.

ڪامريڊ عبدالمنان چانڊئي 7 مارچ 1960ع ۾ وارھ ڀرسان ڳوٺ ڳاڙهي جاگير ۾ سعد الله چانڊيو جي گهر ۾ جنم ورتو.بنيادي تعليم پنهنجي ڳوٺ مان پرائي پر بدقسمتيءَ سان وڌيڪ تعليم نه پرائي سگهيو. ايتري تعليم هئڻ جي باوجود ان کان وڌيڪ محنت، جدوجهد ڪري سماجي مسئلن ۽ سماج سڌارڪ نمائندو ٿي ڪم ڪرڻ ڏکيو عمل آهي.اهو ٻڌائي ٿو ته هن ننڍپڻ ۾ مال چاريو ۽ ٻني ٻاري جو ڪم پڻ ڪيو. 1980ع ۾ سندس واسطو تنهن وقت ۾ وارھ جي مشهور حڪيم۽ سماجي اڳواڻ ڊاڪٽر قاضي غفار سان ٿيو. جنهن جي صحبت ۾ اچي ڪامريڊ سماجي ڪمن ۾ حصو وٺي هارين نارين جي حقن لاءِ جدوجهد ڪرڻ لڳو.1983ع ۾ جڏهن ملڪ جي هڪ وڏي تحريڪ ايم آر ڊي جنم ورتو ۽ماڻهن سان ناانصافيون وڌيون ته هن احتجاج ڪيو جنهن سبب کيس 13 سيپتمبر 1983ع ۾ گرفتار ڪري ڏيڍ سال سينٽرل جيل سکر ۾ قيد ڪيو ويو. ان بعد هن سماجي جدوجهد تان هٿ نه کنيو.اُنَ کان پوءِ هي ريڊيو جي پروگرامن ۾ خطن وسيلي شامل ٿيندو رهيو، ۽ هن جو ادب سان واسطو ۽ چاھ وڌنڌو رهيو. 2007ع ۾ ڪامريڊ عبدالمنان چانڊئي اخبارن ۾ ڪالم لکڻ شروع ڪيا. سندس سوين ڪالم مختلف اخبارن ۾ ڇپجي چڪا آهن. هن پنهنجي ڪالمن سماجي مسئلن ۽ ڪرنٽ اشوز تي لکندو رهي ٿو. علائقي جا ماڻهو احترام جي نگاهن سان ڏسندي هر سماجي ڪم ۾ دعوتون ڏين ٿا ۽ هو جاگير سان واسطو رکڻ جي باوجود به بي ڊپو ٿي سماجي ناانصافين خلاف آواز اٿاري ٿو.

ڪامريڊ عبدالمنان چانڊيو شهري ائڪشن ڪاميٽي جو عهديدار پڻ رهي چڪو آهي. هن پنهنجي نياڻين کي تعليم جي اعلي زيور سان نوزيو آهي سندس فرضند عرفان چانڊيو هڪ بهترين نوجوان شاعر آهي. هو ٻڌائي ٿو ته مون سماجي خدمتن سبب مون جيڪو ڀوڳيو آهي ۽ تڪليفن کي منهن ڏنو آهي ان تي ڪو به پڇتاءُ ڪونهي.مان هن سماج کي براين کان پاڪ صاف ڏسڻ چاهيان ٿو. سندس اولاد جو چوڻ آهي ته اسان کي فخر آهي ته بابا سائين اسان کي شعور ڏنو ۽ سماجي خدمتن سبب ملي آهي. جيڪا اسان جي لاءِ قابل فخر آهي. هن پيغام ۾ چيو ته هتان جي مظلوم قوم جي حلالي فردن ئي اٿي کڙو ٿيڻ گهرجي ۽ پاڻ ۾ ايڪو اتحآد جوڙي جهان ۾ محبت ۽ ڀائيچاري سان رهڻ گهرجي. نفرتن جا ناگ ماري محبتن جي پرچار ڪجي جيڪو انسانيت جي درسگاھ جو پهريون ۽ آخري سبق آهي.
